- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked Kampot pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 cup olive oil
Combine shallot, lemon juice, rice wine vinegar, Kampot pepper and salt.
Let sit for 20 minutes.
Add olive oil. Shake to combine. Serve.
