Chimichurri: Kampot Style

Ingredients
- 10 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cracked Kampot pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 cup olive or grapeseed oil
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
Directions
Finely chop the garlic.
Mix all ingredients together. Cover and allow flavors to meld before serving.
