Olive Tapenade

Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted olives (Kalamata, black, green or mixed)
- 1 cup capers (rinsed)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup Italian parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked Kampot pepper
Directions
Blend all the ingredients in blender or food processer. Serve with toast, crackers or pita bread.
