Olive Tapenade

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted olives (Kalamata, black, green or mixed)
  • 1 cup capers (rinsed)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Italian parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked Kampot pepper

Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in blender or food processer. Serve with toast, crackers or pita bread.
