Meatballs with Kampot Pepper

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked Kampot pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small onion, chopped
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
In large bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Shape into 15-20 meatballs.
Place one inch apart in pan.
Bake uncovered 20 minutes (until no longer pink in center).
