Meatballs with Kampot Pepper

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked Kampot pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small onion, chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Line a baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.

  3. In large bowl, mix all the ingredients.

  4. Shape into 15-20 meatballs.

  5. Place one inch apart in pan.

  6. Bake uncovered 20 minutes (until no longer pink in center).
