- 2 pound boneless beef roast
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 oz can of chopped green chilis
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon adobo seasoning
- 10 whole Kampot peppercorns
- 1 cup salsa
Place all the ingredients, except salsa, in a crockpot and cook until tender.
Transfer to large bowl and shred beef with two forks.
Add salsa to meat mixture and stir.
Serve in tacos, as a main dish or mix into scrambled eggs.
