Kefta (Middle Eastern hamburger)

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- 1/3 cup chopped, flat-leaf parsley
- 2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1-2 teaspoons cracked or ground black Kampot pepper
- 1 teaspoon grapeseed oil
Saute onion in grapeseed oil until soft.
Add remaining ingredients and cook until hamburger browned.
The ingredients can then be formed into individual patties and grilled.
Top with chopped tomatoes and cucumber.
Serve with pita bread.
