Gazpacho: Kampot Style

Ingredients
- Stale baguette
- 1 clove of garlic, peeled
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3 large tomatoes
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1-2 teaspoons cracked Kampot pepper
- 2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
Remove crust from baguette and cut into 4-5 inch squared pieces.
Core, seed and roughly chop the cucumber, bell pepper, and tomato.
Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
Chill. Serve in a glass. Garnish with celery. Makes two to four glasses.
