Bulkogi (Korean Marinated Beef)

- 1-2 pounds of sirloin steak
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black Kampot pepper
Slice the steak into thin strips.
Marinate beef with onions, garlic, soy sauce, oil, sugar, sesame seeds and Kampot pepper for 2 hours or more.
Grill or stir fry. Serve with rice.
