Hummus: Light

Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can garbanzo beans
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kampot pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 garlic cloves

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend thoroughly.

  2. Drizzle in more olive oil to get the consistency you want.
